In order to raise awareness and compliance with the law on occupational safety and health, while promoting specific action programs for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and implementing the theme of the Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health in 2024, Thiên Ân Group conducted occupational safety training for nearly 500 staff and workers directly working on-site. This training took place during the first phase on April 25, 2024, and May 4, 2024, at various construction sites such as the Việt Yên Stadium, the Quang Châu Social Housing Project, and the CC5 Hotel Project in Bắc Giang.
The training is conducted by instructors from the Training Department of the Vietnam Safety Consulting and Inspection Company Limited (VinaSafe), marking the second consecutive year that VinaSafe has partnered with Thiên Ân. Mr. Vũ Hồng Tuấn and Mr. Nguyễn Đức Anh are training staff from the Training Department of VinaSafe.
At Thiên Ân construction sites, the Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health in 2024 is launched with the theme ‘Enhancing Safety and Occupational Hygiene at the Workplace and during On-site Construction Activities,’ accompanied by several slogans:
- Enthusiastically responding to the Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health in 2024.
- Occupational safety is the happiness of every family.
- Complying with the rules and procedures for occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace
During the training session, on-site workers were updated on legal documents regarding Occupational Safety and Health (OSH); general awareness of occupational safety; the rights and responsibilities of employers and employees in safety and hygiene work; measures to enhance preventive awareness while working on-site; and policies and regulations regarding safety and hygiene for workers. This ensures that occupational safety measures are activated for every worker and staff member involved in daily production activities on-site
